Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring each guest has a memorable dining experience. Experience with food service operations, POS systems, and fine dining etiquette is preferred. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills and grow within the food industry. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems Assist with food handling, sanitation, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with clean-up to maintain a clean dining environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Provide guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously Support host/host duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a busy environment Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed Strong communication skills and a professional appearance Experience in upselling and sales techniques to maximize revenue Join our team to provide exceptional service in a lively setting while advancing your hospitality career. Pay:

$16.90 - $17.00 per hour
