Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining proper drink service protocols Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and food handling procedures Assist with food preparation when necessary and support kitchen staff to ensure timely service Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations and address any questions or concerns promptly Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required; fine dining experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and guest-focused approach Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join our team today to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
