- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials or additional items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with bussing duties as needed
- Process guest payments using the POS system ```Experience```
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items is a plus We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as Servers.
