$16.90 + Tips We are looking for team members who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Our servers play an important role in making sure guests have a great experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Have a strong knowledge of our menu and be able to answer guest questions Make recommendations and explain menu items when needed Enter orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen and team Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally Check on guests regularly to ensure they are satisfied Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas Process payments accurately Follow restaurant safety, sanitation, and service standards Work as part of a team and assist coworkers when needed Help create a fun, welcoming, and positive environment for our guests Qualifications Previous restaurant or serving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Must be a team player with a willingness to help others Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed What We're Looking For We want people who take pride in their work and understand that great service is about more than just taking orders.
