Duties Safely handle and transport food, beverages, and utensils from the kitchen to dining areas, adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling protocols Clear and reset tables efficiently by bussing dishes, glassware, and silverware, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout service Assist with food plating and presentation when needed, supporting kitchen staff with food handling and catering tasks Maintain cleanliness of dishware, kitchen equipment, and workstations through thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate timely service delivery and table turnover Support the restaurant's overall sanitation efforts by adhering to food safety regulations and internal cleaning schedules Assist with light kitchen duties such as organizing supplies, restocking items, and ensuring proper food storage practices are followed Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and proper manual handling techniques is highly valued Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and deliver excellent customer service Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and safe lifting practices Experience with table setting, bussing, or catering is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key A positive attitude combined with reliability and a proactive work ethic will help you succeed in this energetic role Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring our service runs seamlessly from the kitchen to the table.
