Rincon Brewery is looking to expand our team of servers! Ideal candidates will have experience in the service industry and thrive in a team environment. Must be 21 year of age or older to apply. Knowledge and love of craft beer and delicious menu items is a must! Responsibilities Accurately take orders using TOAST PoS system. Cash handling. Be able to explain the many styles of craft beer Rincon Brewery has to offer. Tell the story behind our brand and different beers. Help customers choose from our various beer styles. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately. Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature) Remove dirty dishes and utensils. Answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items. Skills Experience working in a restaurant or brewery (Minimum 2 years) Excellent people skills Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for 5 or more hours. Holiday/Weekend availability is a must. Multi-tasking abilities Good oral communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
