We are looking for a part time position for 1) Sushi Chef who can serve and run dishes to table, assisting back of house in food preparation and making sushi rolls and nigiri. or 2) A sushi server who can help the back of house in preparing food and run food to the table. Both require experience in cooking and mid level food preparation. This is a partial position with about 4 hours of work on some busy nights. Must have sushi experience to apply. Candidates need to be familiar with fish terminology: Kinmedai, Anago, Unagi, Hirame, Ebi, Murasaki Uni, Kohada, Ankimo, Aji, Saba, Kurodai, Kegani, etc.

And basic sake knowledge:

Such as daiginjo, ginjo, Kimoto, etc.
