What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a reliable, outgoing, and fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Host or Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. Because our peak dining rushes happen on weekends and late evenings, candidates must have great availability for weekend shifts and evening shifts starting at 4:00 PM until closing. Having a reliable vehicle or secure personal transportation to handle late-night closing shifts at our Cerritos location is highly critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet arriving guests and escort them to their tables in both English and Spanish. Efficiently manage reservations, waitlists, seating rotations, and incoming restaurant phone calls.

Menu Knowledge:

Proactively study and learn our authentic Peruvian food and drink menu to answer customer questions and provide excellent recommendations.

Team Floor Support:

Happily jump in to assist the front-of-house team by clearing, wiping, and resetting tables during busy dinner rushes.

Requirements:

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (must be entirely comfortable conversing with guests in both languages). Consistent availability for weekends and evening shifts (4:00 PM to closing). A reliable vehicle or dependable transportation to ensure punctual arrival at our South Street location and safe returns from late-night closing shifts. A customer-first mindset, a proactive work ethic, and an unshakeable positive attitude.
