Prior experience with POS systems and food handling is preferred, along with a strong focus on guest relations and sanitation standards. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Address guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and foster positive guest relations Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales revenue Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and billing accuracy Experience in serving, bussing, host/host duties, or hospitality roles is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights; previous nightclub or food industry experience is a plus This position offers a vibrant work environment where team members can grow their hospitality expertise while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.
