Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Run all finished dishes from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately Confirm table numbers, seat positions, and modifiers before leaving the pass Communicate clearly with expo and kitchen regarding ticket status and timing Ensure plates are presented cleanly and correctly (wipe rims, check garnishes) Assist servers with pre-bussing and clearing plates when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server station/nook Restock plates, utensils, napkins, condiments, and service essentials throughout shift Monitor and assist with front dish backlog when necessary Communicate low inventory items or kitchen needs to management Support bar team during peak volume as directed by management Maintain awareness of guest needs and alert assigned server when necessary Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards Maintain urgency without sacrificing accuracy or professionalism

Requirements:
