As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service while efficiently managing orders and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Square POS system or similar point-of-sale technology. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper sanitation standards are met. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and using the cash register. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Experience Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Square POS, is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
