In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during breakfast hours between 6am - 11am, delivering exceptional service that sets the tone for their entire dining experience. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will ensure a smooth and memorable start to each guest's day. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming atmosphere for breakfast service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages promptly, including coffee, juice, cocktails (if applicable), and breakfast items, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service area, ensuring all stations are stocked and organized Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and address any guest needs or concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or breakfast service experience Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and guest relations expertise Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and giving accurate change Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques (including drink presentation) Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is a plus Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance Join us as a Breakfast Server and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality from the moment our guests walk through the door.
