Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special Lead room service team: Oversee order rotation among servers, monitor service quality, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience Prepare for seamless service: Set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery Deliver with care: Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms Process transactions: Present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker Take guest orders: Assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
