Starting at $16.90 per hour + eligible tips Position Summary Sudwerk is seeking friendly, organized, and guest-focused Servers. This position combines traditional table service with cashier responsibilities in our fast-casual brewery taproom, including taking orders, processing payments, delivering food and beverages, and creating an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with the ordering process
• Accurately enter food and beverage orders using the POS system
• Process guest transactions efficiently and accurately
• Deliver attentive and timely guest service throughout each visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Communicate guest feedback or service concerns to management
• Assist with side work including restocking, bussing, running food, polishing silverware, and maintaining clean stations
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items, beer offerings, and promotions
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Minimum Qualifications
• Interest in hospitality, restaurants, or the craft beer industry
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must meet California legal age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages
• Current California Food Handler Card, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire, as required by California law
• Current California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire, as required by California law
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours)
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 35 lbs
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and moderate noise levels
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Schedule & Work Environment

• Expected hours: 8-24 hours per week, based on business needs
