Responsibilities Safely transport prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables with speed and professionalism Ensure food presentation meets quality standards before delivery Assist servers by bussing tables and clearing dishes to maintain a clean dining environment Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary needs Support food preparation and plating when needed to streamline service flow Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and restaurant policies to answer guest questions confidently Uphold food safety standards by handling dishes properly and adhering to sanitation guidelines Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Heartland is a plus Experience with banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality enhances your versatility Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic culinary knowledge including food preparation and cooking techniques is advantageous Customer service mindset with a friendly, energetic approach to guest engagement Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your dedication makes every guest's experience memorable.
