Dishwasher/Server:

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean and sanitize plates, glassware, silverware, and kitchen utensils. Scrape, wash, and store heavy cookware, pots, and pans. Promptly clear, wipe down, and reset dining room tables between resident meal shifts. Transport dirty dishes, trays, and carts efficiently from the dining area to the dish room. Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining room sanitation, including sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and restocking clean service items. Prior experience as a dishwasher, busser, or dietary aide preferred, but willing to train reliable candidates. Ability to work standing up for extended periods and lift up to 35-50 lbs.
