Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Busser/Food Runner, where you'll be the vital link ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. In this energetic role, you'll assist with clearing tables, resetting dining areas, delivering food promptly from the kitchen to guests, and supporting the service staff to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, maintaining proper food handling procedures Assist with bussing dishes, glassware, and silverware to keep dining areas tidy and organized Support servers by refilling beverages and attending to guest needs with friendly, in-person customer service Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors and sanitizing surfaces as needed Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies following safe lifting practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food running operations during busy service hours Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Experience in food service or restaurant environments, including food running and serving roles Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for order accuracy and transaction processing Previous banquet or hotel experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in various hospitality settings Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
