Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to uphold sanitation regulations Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and manage guest flow efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices is highly desirable Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or food industry roles that emphasize guest interaction Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy; ability to upsell menu items confidently Familiarity with food preparation, kitchen operations, or nightclub service is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively environment!
