Job Summary Weekend availability required. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server, Expo and Host to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for great food, sports and guest relations, ensuring that every patron receives outstanding service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable moments for our guests while efficiently managing their dining needs. Server Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Northstar POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area, adhering to food safety protocols. Handle cash register transactions and manage cash handling processes efficiently. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy service periods. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a fast paced dining environment is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential (Must have food handlers certificate) Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers is beneficial.
