Restaurant Server

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently with attention to detail Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation Address guest inquiries, complaints, or feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction Assist with hosting duties as needed, including welcoming guests and managing reservations through OpenTable Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Culinary experience or knowledge of fine dining service is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences while growing your career in the vibrant food industry!
