Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS , ensuring clarity and completeness Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining proper presentation and quality standards Process cash and credit transactions accurately while managing sales through POS systems and handling cash securely Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities using openTable reservations and suggestive selling techniques Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations during food handling and service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations Ability to multitask efficiently with exceptional time management skills in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus to better understand food preparation processes Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members while maintaining professionalism Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
