Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server/Wait Staff member and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Verona POS or Microsoft POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to promote repeat business Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a sanitary environment Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining Familiarity with POS systems such as Verona POS or Microsoft POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Basic math skills Experience with culinary or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us in delivering extraordinary service that delights our guests!
