Servers at Appellation Healdsburg are responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive and personalized service to guests. This role requires a thorough understanding of the menu, strong communication skills, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu offerings. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Qualifications 2+ years previous serving experience in a high-end restaurant preferred. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in POS systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Food Handler and RBS certifications
