Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha/NCR POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Process cash and card transactions efficiently, including sales and tips processing Upsell menu items like cocktails, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling and beverage areas Ensure food safety protocols are followed Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Support bar service with cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine recommendations, and drink service Handle cash handling accurately and process sales transactions smoothly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in an upscale brunch spot Uphold sanitation standards through proper cleaning procedures in compliance with health regulations Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha/NCR POS is advantageous Experience with cocktail preparation, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage service is a plus California food handlers' card and RBS certification required Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Knowledge of food safety practices, saitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in fine dining or wine country settings is desirable but not required Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
