Plate food as quickly and neatly as possible for guests Supports smooth guest flow, accurate orders, and a welcoming environment. Ensures Dulan's brand standards are upheld at all times. Provide polite customer service when interacting with customers Keep serving line stocked and cleaned for cafeteria style food service Operate POS / Cash Register and maintain cash drawer as needed Clean the restaurant and work area during / after shift Follow all health and safety food service protocols Operate the online ordering tablet and fulfill orders Work with team members to provide an efficient work environment Bring a positive attitude and positive energy to work daily Assist with packaging, running food, and restocking during rush periods. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and managers.
