Job Summary The Swirler position at SomiSomi offers both part-time and full-time opportunities. We are looking for team members who have flexible availability and can work different days depending on the store's needs. As a Swirler, you'll be responsible for providing friendly customer service and learning the basics of SomiSomi, including food preparation, opening and closing duties, cleaning, making taiyaki and Ah-Boong cones, and, most importantly, learning how to swirl our soft serve! This is a fast-paced, hands-on job that requires multitasking, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. We're looking for people who can stay organized, work efficiently during busy hours, and help create a great experience for our customers. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they walk in Take accurate orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages Assist guests with menu selections, highlighting specials and answering questions about ingredients or dietary needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a safe and appealing environment at all times Support team members during busy periods by multitasking efficiently and staying positive under pressure Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving concerns swiftly to guarantee satisfaction Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and food safety Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service and creating memorable experiences Join us at
