Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any concerns promptly. Handle payments accurately and process transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to uphold health standards.
