Develop product materials such as datasheets, presentations, demos, and training content. Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution recommendations and client consultations. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies (e.g., GPUs, AI workloads, edge computing). Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Assist in go-to-market strategies, including pricing, promotions, and channel enablement. Participation in occasional business travel as required by the role. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field. 3-6 years of technical hands-on experience in product development or technical pre-sales within PC hardware, servers, or related industries. Strong understanding of GPU technologies (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD), CPU platforms, and system integration. Experience with enterprise GPU servers or data center environments. Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks or cloud GPU deployments. Experience in the US channel market is a plus.
