COUNTER SERVERS

. We're looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, comfortable interacting with customers, willing to learn, able to follow direction and accept feedback, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed. We have immediate positions available and qualified candidates will be called to schedule an interview. This position has a regular Friday through Monday schedule. Availability on all four days is required and non-negotiable. Shift length and staffing needs may vary depending on business volume. Additional shifts may occasionally become available Tuesday through Thursday due to callouts, time-off requests, or other coverage needs. QUALIFICATIONS

:

• Part-time positions available
• Weekend and Holiday availability is required and non-negotiable for this position.
• Willingness to hustle in a fast-paced work environment. Some lifting required
• Ability to engage with customers in a warm and welcoming manner
• Must be at least 14 years of age
• Mom's is proud to be a first-job employer.

Previous retail, customer service, or food-service experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and courteous attitude
• Prepare & serve pie slices for customers, according to Mom's presentation standards
• Prepare coffee and other drinks according to Mom's recipes
• Cashier tasks, including processing credit card and cash transactions
• Assisting with opening and closing duties.

Other cleaning & kitchen duties (i.e. taking out the trash, cleaning the dining room, etc.)

PAY:

$16.90/hr plus tips, with opportunities for growth

Julian is located about 60 miles east of San Diego. Driving time is approximately 30 minutes from Ramona, 50 minutes from Alpine. Please consider our location and your commute before applying.
