Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist servers by delivering food and beverages quickly and accurately to guests' tables Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while ensuring proper food handling procedures Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including refilling condiments and organizing supplies Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping floors and wiping down surfaces regularly Communicate effectively with team members using clear language, including POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their needs or inquiries Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Familiarity with food preparation, bussing, and basic kitchen operations enhances your ability to support the team effectively Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to stand for extended periods, walk quickly around the dining area, and lift moderate loads when necessary Hospitality or hotel experience can be advantageous but is not required; enthusiasm for guest service is essential Commitment to food safety standards and maintaining a safe environment for all staff and guests Join us in creating an energetic, welcoming atmosphere where every guest leaves with a smile!
