You will assist in managing the flow of guests, ensure tables are properly set, and support the dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Hostess Duties:

Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage reservations and walk-ins, assigning guests to appropriate tables based on availability and guest preferences. Communicate with both the manager and servers throughout the shift. Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus. Answer phone calls, handle reservation inquiries, and provide information about the menu and restaurant services. Monitor guest wait times and provide updates to ensure a positive experience. Maintain a clean and organized front entrance, lobby, and waiting areas. Assist with guest requests and coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience. Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu, specials, and promotions to answer guest inquiries effectively.

Busser Duties:

Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring tables and chairs are wiped down, and floors are free from debris. Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, condiments, and drinkware. Ensure the dining room is always presentable and inviting, with proper lighting, music, and ambiance. Assist with food runners by delivering food from the kitchen to guests' tables as needed. Help maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including restrooms and service stations. Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure efficient service. Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
• Basic math comprehension for handling payments and exchanging change
• Familiarity with Clover system is a plus
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
• Availability in the evening hours
