Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Arrive on time and be dependable Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as toast POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Manage guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, and special requests promptly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, bussing tables and resetting for new guests Handle cash transactions accurately Sweeping, mopping, and lifting items up to 30lb Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as toast/square Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts with multiple tables or sections Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Culinary or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation Effective communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff, hosts, and management We value energetic individuals dedicated to delivering top-tier service.
