Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Handle retail sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and processing payments with POS systems. Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, counters, and food prep spaces in compliance with food safety management protocols. Support quick service operations by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth flow during busy hours. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast-food restaurant environments preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong food handling knowledge and understanding of food safety standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and engage customers positively. Basic math skills for retail transactions, cash handling, and inventory management. Experience with café or grocery store operations is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for working in the food industry is essential.
