Job Overview The Breakfast Server t is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the breakfast area to ensure guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent service that aligns with hotel standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guest service hours begin. Ensure all food and beverage items are stocked, fresh, and presented attractively. Greet guests warmly and assist with food or beverage requests. Monitor food temperatures, replenish items as needed, and maintain cleanliness throughout the service period. Clear tables, clean equipment, and sanitize all service areas after breakfast concludes. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with health department regulations. Report maintenance or supply needs promptly to management. Support other hotel departments as needed and maintain a positive team environment. Qualifications Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail and a friendly, professional attitude. Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain one upon hire).
