The other half is creating genuine connections with every guest who walks through our doors. We're looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven Server who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences. If you have a positive attitude, move with urgency, and enjoy working as part of a strong team, we'd love to meet you. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant Outstanding customer service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Weekend availability required Responsibilities Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm Guide guests through the menu and provide knowledgeable recommendations Take accurate food and beverage orders Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality Anticipate guest needs before they have to ask Maintain clean, organized dining areas Process payments accurately Communicate effectively with the kitchen and fellow team members Assist with side work, opening, and closing duties Practice a "full hands in, full hands out" mindset to support the entire team What We're Looking For We don't just hire servers—we hire hospitality professionals.
