Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square POS , ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experiences and increase sales opportunities Handle food service responsibilities including serving, bussing tables, and assisting with food preparation when needed Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including wine pairings and daily specials, to answer guest questions confidently Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld by following proper handling procedures and cleanliness protocols Manage cash handling accurately and process payments efficiently using POS systems Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends FoodHandlers Certificate Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service!
