Our premier Pleasanton venues, Casa Real and The Palm, are seeking charismatic, banquet servers to help bring weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events to life. Our team plays a key role in creating seamless, elevated guest experiences. What You'll Do Provide polished, attentive service throughout weddings and events Serve pre-set meals and beverages (no order-taking required) Carry trays of food, glassware, and dishes with confidence (training provided) Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring spaces are event-ready Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly with professionalism and care Work collaboratively with a large team to execute seamless events What We're Looking For Previous banquet or serving experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and a team-first mindset Comfortable with being frequently on their feet, walking, or standing Able to quickly learn our menu items and meal service standards Excellent communication and attention to detail Comfortable lifting 40-50 lbs Must be able to work weekends and nights Schedule & Availability Part-time, event-based scheduling Shifts typically 6-8 hours, starting in the early afternoon Events are primarily Friday-Sunday, with occasional weekday shifts Schedules released monthly to support work-life balance Minimum availability of 6 days per month, including weekends Pay Range $17-$25 DOE
