Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences in our restaurant and nightclub environment. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet and engage guests in a friendly manner to create a welcoming atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing and sanitizing surfaces regularly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Uphold high standards of guest relations by responding to inquiries or complaints with professionalism. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation regulations is beneficial. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
