Each Server is responsible for providing attentive, efficient, and professional service to guests in the restaurant or lounge. This position ensures guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience that reflects our hospitality.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Guest Experience Greet guests promptly and provide menu recommendations when appropriate. Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle special requests or complaints professionally. Promote daily specials, beverages, and upsell opportunities. Operational Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas. Process payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Comply with all alcohol and food service regulations. Adherence to the Hotel's grooming and appearance standards required. Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Must meet local age requirements for alcohol service, where applicable.
