SHIFTS:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6PM to After Midnight. On Call availability.

Laugh Factory Server/Cocktail Server Duties Include:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take drink/food orders and inform guests of specialty drinks and promotions
• Enter drinks/food into POS system & deliver them to customers
• Monitor and observe the experience of the guests, ensuring that they are pleased with the service
• Present checks to guests & accurately collect payment
• Bus glassware and clean sections
• Prep the bar area/showroom & maintain a clean service area
• Perform side work and duties requested by the night manager
• Be willing to assist other servers if necessary

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year experience cocktail serving. 1

• 2 years working in the same workplace.

Must be able to work well in a high volume/high pressure environment Must have extensive alcohol knowledge Experience with Toast POS system is a PLUS Must be able to commit to working 4 nights a week including weekends & holidays Must have Ca Food Handler Certification & CA RBS Server Certification Previous Alcohol training is a PLUS Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills Must be detail oriented & a self
