HOTEL ANGELENO

We are seeking a Breakfast Server to provide a prompt and warm service to all guests while providing a memorable customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Smile! Provide a welcoming and warm first impression when guests arrive. Maintain a cooperative and positive attitude at all times towards guests and fellow team members. Clean and reset dirty tables when necessary. To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about hospitality, food, and delivering a great dining experience. Punctuality is required. This is a customer-facing role that requires the ability to multitask without getting flustered. You must have a can-do mindset with the ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing priorities. This position requires the ability to easily converse with guests while managing time and priorities efficiently. You will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service that is tailored to each guest. Thorough knowledge of our food and drink menus and the ability to recommend, and upsell options is required in this position. You must have detailed knowledge of drink menu and alcohol selections. In this role, you will respond to guest requests and inform management of any complaints. Greet & seat guests when needed. This is a cash handling position; ability to accurately do basic, fast math is required. Able to handle some manual labor and on occasion lift up to 25 lbs. This position requires standing or walking the entire shift. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required. Some cross training may be necessary. Other duties as assigned by management.

Excellent communication skills, including a pleasant and professional phone manner. Problem solving skills. Able to stay positive in stressful situations and remain calm. High level of attention to detail. Able to take direction. Able to deal with compliments and guest concerns with the support of management.

EOE Pay:

$25.00 per hour
