We are looking for a dynamic team member as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! This is a casual fine dining experience that's run by a small team/family. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, energetic attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems TOAST ensuring special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items such as ,wines, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage stations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Utilize your culinary experience and beverage knowledge—especially spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation—to provide expert recommendations Manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills while providing attentive guest relations Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, ensuring the restaurant's smooth operation Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required; fine dining experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to process cash transactions accurately and manage sales efficiently Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables during busy periods Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating bills confidently Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is beneficial for understanding food preparation processes Passion for the food industry with a focus on hospitality and guest relations Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences!
