El Gringo is an award-winning local favorite with three vibrant locations across the South Bay. We are seeking experienced, high-energy Servers to join our team and deliver outstanding Mexican food and hospitality!Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly, make menu recommendations, and provide exceptional customer service. Efficiently take orders and process payments using our Toast POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Upsell daily specials, specialty drinks, and menu favorites. Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service.Requirements:
Proven experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant. Familiarity with Toast POS (or similar POS systems). Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for guest satisfaction. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.To Apply:
