$17.28/hr + Tips As a server at Pizzana you are an integral part of the dining experience. You are in charge of transforming a meal out into an amazing dining experience that leaves the guest wanting more. You are expected to be upbeat, personable, efficient, and able to answer any and all product related questions. You will retain and demonstrate proper policies and procedures delivered by trainers and managers with confidence and enthusiasm. Impeccable customer service and excellent communication skills come hand in hand, so we expect a high quality of verbal and written communication. You must be extremely reliable and have the ability to work effortlessly in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Act as a company advocate and embody Pizzana's values : excellent customer service, innovation, community, cleanliness, and a great place to work. Participate and excel in your FOH training as you memorize our menu, beverage selection, FAQs, and all things Pizzana. Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes Pizzana culture. Deliver exceptional customer service within the standards of management and Pizzana policies. Meet and anticipate any and all guest needs. Practice proper cash handling procedures with a smile. Demonstrate effortless teamwork skills as you rely and assist fellow coworkers in providing the Pizzana experience helping with the delivery of food and beverages to the guests. Assist with all cleaning duties as stated on opening/closing and weekly checklists. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines. Report to work as scheduled and fulfill all requirements for duration of shift or until relieved.
