Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Assist with catering services as needed, ensuring food and beverage orders are fulfilled correctly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and restrooms. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food items. Skills Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience in the food industry, with knowledge of food safety practices. Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus for establishments serving alcoholic beverages. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Previous experience in catering or nightclub environments is advantageous but not required. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with guests and team members alike.
