Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages, including cocktails and spirits, with professionalism and flair Upsell menu items, wine pairings, and specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and food handling protocols Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary needs or requests Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in fine dining environments Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy, expertise, and passion for hospitality will shine!
