Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and responsible Server to join our team at Wagyu Factory Mountain View. This role is a key part of our front of house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Start Date:

Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Grill and serve meats accurately per guest preferences, with attention to quality and safety Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages with proper presentation Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and all guest-facing spaces Handle cash and card transactions following proper cash handling procedures Stay up to date on menu items and ingredients, including allergy and dietary info Follow daily checklists, SOPs, opening/closing procedures, and company policies Communicate effectively with teammates and managers Be punctual, responsive to scheduling, and prepared to perform under pressure Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a large fast-paced restaurant, preferably with Barbeque or Japanese cuisine Demonstrates effective oral & written communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills Passion for providing top-tier service and creating a memorable dining experience Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time Fluent in English; bilingual a plus Must be at least 18 years of age Must be authorized to work in the United States Compliance Statement Wagyu Factory Mountain View LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
