Ry's Poke Shack is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Server / Front of House Team Member to join our team. You'll help provide great customer service, prepare and serve poke bowls, keep the restaurant clean and organized, and work together with the team to make sure customers have a great experience. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who is comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner Take customer orders accurately and answer questions about the menu Prepare and serve poke bowls and other menu items Operate the POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions Keep the front counter, dining area, and work stations clean and organized Restock ingredients, utensils, sauces, and supplies as needed Help with basic food preparation and daily restaurant tasks Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures Work together with other team members during busy periods Provide friendly and efficient customer service Requirements Friendly, dependable, and punctual Good communication and customer service skills Able to work well with others as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for extended periods and perform basic restaurant duties Restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but not required Basic cash handling and POS experience is a plus Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain one Must be available for scheduled shifts, including weekends as needed At Ry's Poke Shack , we're all about great food, good vibes, and taking care of our customers.
