Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, linens, and service ware. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, including wine and specialty drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food handling, food preparation support, and clearing tables efficiently to ensure smooth service flow. Engage with guests warmly, addressing their needs and inquiries to foster positive guest relations and enhance their overall experience. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for beverage and food orders, ensuring accurate billing and transaction processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including bussing tables and resetting spaces for upcoming events. Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures, to uphold health standards. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment preferred, especially in banquet or fine dining settings. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong guest services background with excellent communication skills.
