Busser, Food Runner, and Host Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and attentive individual to join our 50+ year historic restaurant as a Busser, Food Runner, and Host. In this multifaceted role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include providing in-person customer service, bussing tables, and assisting with host/hostess duties to create an exceptional dining experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations or seating arrangements as needed. Provide in-person customer service by answering guest inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and comfort. Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Assist servers by delivering food orders promptly from the kitchen to the dining area (food running). Support the overall cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and maintaining a tidy environment. Handle guest requests courteously and professionally throughout their visit.
